At LeLamor, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unused and unworn
Product must be in original condition
All tags and packaging must be intact
Proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is required
Returns requested after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Used or worn products
Items damaged due to misuse
Products without original packaging
Clearance or sale items (if applicable)
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Share clear photos/video proof via email
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Customers may be required to ship the product back to our return address (shared upon approval).
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
Refund will be approved within 3–5 business days
Amount will be credited to the original payment method
Refund reflection time: 5–7 business days (depending on bank/payment provider)
Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless product is defective or wrong item delivered).
Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery (as per eligibility).
