  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations in India: 5–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier availability, or unforeseen delays.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹499

  • Standard shipping charges apply on orders below ₹499 (calculated at checkout)

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

  • You can track your shipment using the provided tracking ID.


5. Delays

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays

LeLamor is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
